My Old Telescope

One good thing about this Isolation is you get all this extra time to fill. This evening I resurrected my telescope that I built in high school. That's right, I built a telescope in high school. I was one cool dude.

Equinox Stone Surface Illumination

The surface of the Equinox Stone is canted at 36 degrees pointing due south. On March 22 the sun elevation in Brantevik at noon is 35 degrees which is below the 36 degree angle of the Equinox Stone so the surface of the Equinox Stone will remain in shadow the entire day. On March 30, the sun elevation at noon is 38 degrees so the surface of the equinox stone will be illuminated the entire day
