Solar Panels at LTH

I am supervising two master students(Ola and Alexandra) at LUNDS TEKNISKA HÖGSKOLA (LTH). We are trying to see if we can power a portion of the ESS accelerator with solar panels and recover lost heat into the Lund District Heating system. Sounds fancy but I am well on the way to ruining 500 years of Swedish Engineering tradition by showing students good old fashioned American engineering using duct tape and styrofoam. They were able to get the panels to up over 120C (250F)!
